Thank you for choosing VuboServices Ltd. We value every customer and aim to provide a smooth, transparent billing experience. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and free trials work for subscriptions purchased through https://vuboservices.uk.


1. Free Trial

  • New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

  • If you upgrade to a paid plan during or after the trial, normal billing begins at the end of the 14-day period.

  • Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.


2. Billing Cycle

  • All plans are subscription-based and billed either monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Invoices are emailed automatically after each successful charge.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

Annual Plan 7 days from purchase Full refund if requested within 7 days of the first annual payment. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
Monthly Plan Non-refundable You may cancel any time to stop future billing; no partial refunds for unused time.
Free Trial Conversions 7 days from first charge Refund if requested within 7 days after the first paid invoice.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to billing@vuboservices.uk or contact@vuboservices.uk with:

  • Your account email address

  • Payment reference ID or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal.


5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel any time from your account dashboard under Billing → Manage Subscription, or email us at contact@vuboservices.uk.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals and access at the end of the current billing period.

  • You may export your data before the subscription expires.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the refund window has passed

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

  • Downgrades or unused features within a plan


7. Service Disruptions or Errors

If billing errors occur or a duplicate payment is made, contact us immediately at billing@vuboservices.uk. We will review and issue a correction or refund within 10 business days if verified.


8. Modifications to Policy

VuboServices may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will always indicate the latest version. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard notice.
